Player ignore built-in feature

I would love to see my player ignore list be linked from the official website. Could also be a totaly independant one if it's simpler to implement. Being able to directly add players to that list from the evaluate or market feature would be awsome.

This is somewhat supported if you link your GGG account. The market results should already be using the ignore list of your linked account. I'm planning extending on this integration by also making the ignore list editable in the market. So stay tuned o/
