[Won’t Implement] Search Filters via Ctrl+F / Regex Generator

Having a way to bulk search for a specific item/affix from a keybind (mostly ctrl+f which is already used for searching) would be awesome.

Let's say you need to filter >60% rarity/deli on maps, just hit the keybind while hovering over the item (just like a price check), click on whatever you need to filter and it will output a regex for that stat.

Can either be self-made filters (" "rare" tier:15 ", or by adding our own regex) or baked into the app (which sounds like a pain to setup for "most if not all" modifiers/affixes if you're willing to go with regex).
